Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order within 30 days from the date of ordering. To cancel, email contact@wigberg.com or message us on +91 90328 44800 with your order number — we confirm every cancellation request in writing.

Return eligibility

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include everything that came in the box. No returns will be processed if the product is used or damaged mechanically.

Every returned unit is inspected on arrival at our facility; the inspection result is final for eligibility.

Pickup and refund timing

Once your cancellation or return is approved, our delivery partner collects the product from your address. Your refund is initiated within 7 working days after pickup of the product by the delivery person.

Refunds go to your original payment method via our payment processor, Cashfree. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.
